Privacy Policy

This page explains what Drip Rider collects when you visit this site or join the list, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

Drip Rider is operated by the Drip Rider team ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@driprider.com for anything on this page.

What we collect

When you join the listYour email address. We also note which button opened the form, the date and time, the link or ad you came from (for example the campaign tags in the URL and the referring site), and, if you choose to answer, the messiest thing you eat.
If you accept analyticsHow you use the page: pages and sections viewed, scroll depth, clicks, the device and browser you use, your approximate location (city or country, worked out from your IP address; the IP address itself is not stored), and a random ID in a cookie or local storage so we can tell visits apart. If you also join the list, your email is linked to this activity.
Saved in your browserA few small items so the site remembers you: whether you already signed up, whether you closed the popup, your cookie choice, and a short-lived copy of your signup if it could not be sent right away. These are needed for the site to work.

We do not ask for payment details, and we do not collect anything about you that you have not typed in or that is described above.

Why we use it

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Cookies and your choices

Analytics cookies are off until you press Accept in the banner. If you press Decline, no analytics run, no ad pixels load, and nothing is sent to our analytics or advertising providers. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as Decline. You can change your mind at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

Declining analytics does not stop you from joining the list.

Who handles your data

These providers act on our behalf. Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including outside the EU and UK, under the safeguards these providers offer. We do not share your information with anyone else, unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. Email hello@driprider.com from the address you signed up with. We will respond within 30 days. To stop getting email, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email from us. It takes effect right away, and we never email you again after that.

If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to object to or restrict processing, to move your data, to withdraw consent at any time (withdrawing does not affect what happened before), and to complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in California or another US state with a privacy law, you have the rights to know, delete and correct, and not to be treated differently for using them. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you think a child has joined the list, write to us and we will delete the entry.

Changes

If we change this page in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top. If the changes affect how we use your email, we will tell you before we use it that way.
